Truehuscle classes offer dynamic and enjoyable sessions, providing both personal attention and a group experience. Each session lasts around 45-60 minutes. Our fitness classes are held in medium sized groups (6-12 people), and focus on all types of fitness. Anything from strength compound lifts, to cardio machines, to core work, and a bunch of weight training. These classes incorporate intensity, functional movement, and teamwork to upgrade your fitness levels.
