The muscle program offers workouts that are focused on increasing lean muscle mass and strength. It provides a fun, fast, and effective approach for results. Your week's training will consist of compound movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, push & pull, that incorporate creative and time-efficient methods for sets, reps, and rest periods. Ideal for those seeking variety, muscle and strength gains, or improved aesthetics.
These 30-45 minute workouts combine cardio, lighter loads, and core work to prioritise leanness and toning over strength. It offers a refreshing change of pace, promoting functional movement and a good sweat. Get Lean workouts don’t require prior weightlifting experience, but do require the willingness to train hard!
The Just Abs program is designed to help you achieve that six-pack you have always wanted. It focuses on strengthening your midsection in a way that is time efficient & convenient. Whether used as a finisher, warm-up, or at-home workout, it is always intense, with most workouts lasting 5-15 minutes. Don't just get ready for summer, stay ready with the Just Abs program.
The Everyday Athlete program is for someone who wants to become better at everyday life. These workouts will challenge you both physically and mentally, through classic strength and conditioning protocols and aerobic capacity tests. The ultimate goal of the EDA program is to provide you with the mindset tools to overcome everyday life challenges.

Truehuscle classes offer dynamic and enjoyable sessions, providing both personal attention and a group experience. Each session lasts around 45-60 minutes. Our fitness classes are held in medium to large sized groups, and focus on all types of fitness.
